Migraine Dai medicine is offering a quite good mix of local plants in form of a tasty tablet that prevents migraine attacks. It needs to be taken at the onset of an attack, e.g. during change of weather conditions or air pressure to successfully prevent the attacks. The prescribed dosage is 5 tablets 3 times a day during the period of migraine. We have tested it ourselves (me who writes these lines unfortunately suffer from migraine since childhood) with good success and absolutely no side effects on stomach. Remember: it is important to start taking it immediately upon the first signs of a migraine attack. My attacks normally occur at least once a week but I have reduced it through these tablets to less than once a month. Of course, it also works very well against normal headache. One pack contains 25 tablets price: €4.-

Here, biodiversity is very high and nature has created a treasure house of plants and mushrooms that can be used for medicine. Many
of the plants that are in use locally are described in the Book "Hani
Medicine of Xishuangbanna". The Hani Peoples are one of the 14
ethnic minorities that inhabit tropical Xishuangbanna.
